YouTube Channel

I make YouTube videos about the Dharma (Buddhist teachings) and provide guided meditations for beginners and more advanced practitioners alike.

My hope is that this YouTube Channel can help to offer the Dharma in new and refreshing ways.

Many people learn best when information is presented in different modalities, i.e. hearing, seeing, etc., and I like to cater to that preference.

In this way, the Channel hopefully contributes to making the Dharma more accessible to people.
